Foundation of your idea

Creating a blueprint for your landscape project is an essential tool for easy communication between contractor and client.
The Details
“Even a brick wants to be something.” - Louis Kahn
Every brick and the lines the building creates is all consciously planned out in our blueprints to create the masterpiece that will become your home. Our job is to make them easy to understand and with an ability to change if needed.
Steps to creating the blueprint
Site analysis- Inventory of the entire site: measurements, good views, existing vegetation, Level of site, utilities and anything that is important.
Concept plan- Graphic character and media- these are rough drawings usually done by designer as a rough draft for ideas, this is usually not shared with client as they are practice for future ideas.
Preliminary design- in this stage we can present out design with the perspective of project and proposed development of plan.
Master plan- Once preliminary design is approved we will complete final plan. This includes grading plan, layout plan, planting plan, construction details, lighting and irrigation plans...
Unison with your designer
“Whatever good things we build end up building us.” - Jim Rohn
In conclusion, it's important to know that working together with your designer is key, design alongside us and know that your ideas will be heard! It is our job as designers to be inspired by your ideas and vision. Our number one goal is to improve the quality of life for our every client.
